The F&B cash vouchers are applicable in (Opus Grill, Il Cielo and D9), at voco Orchard Singapore only.
Vouchers can be used anytime without any minimum spend
Multiple vouchers are accepted per visit.
Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Vouchers are non-refundable, non-exchangeable for any cash, products or services in the Hotel.
Valid within the stated validity period and strictly no extensions of the validity period will be allowed.
Reservations must be made in advance and subject to availability upon confirmation.

Walk-in usage without prior reservations shall be subject to availability of the Hotel.
The Hotel Management reserves the right to decline any voucher redemption at its own discretion, and is not obligated in any manner to disclose its decision.
The Hotel Management reserves the right to review the terms and conditions and make amendments without prior notice.
Blocked Out Dates: 24th & 25th December 2024 (Christmas day), 31st December 2024 (New year’s eve), and 1st January 2025 (New year day).

Vouchers are used to offset against the Grand Total of the applicable check, to determine the finalized amount payable.
No change will be given for any payment made that falls below that combined face value of the voucher(s) applied during payment.
Guests are advised to verify that the voucher redemption amount is correct before the hotel associate closes the bill.
Any addition of new vouchers after the current bill is closed, will only apply to the next transaction.
